Cube PressTransfer SIM How-to
Steps
1. Go to SIM page
Selected SIMs to be transfered from the SIM table and click on Transfer button on the menu bar.
2. Enter details
fill up the form. You can use several methods to instruct which SIMs are to be transferred:
- all SIMs
based on the filtered results of the table, e.g.: you have selected "active" from the
statuscolumns. All SIMs here will be all the active SIMs in the table.
- selected SIMs
- upload a file of ICCIDs
- choose tags
- Manual input (using , to separte ICCIDs)
TIP
ICCIDs provided will be checked and validated upon submission. Bad format, ICCIDs not found in the system, ICCIDs not beloging to this organisation, insufficient permission, etc, will cause the task submission to fail.
3. Submit
Submit the transfer SIM task. If submission is successful, you will be then directed to the task center to see the progress.
- Task status will at first be
processing. - You may see the real-time progress of the task indicated by the progress bar.
- You can leave the task center, but you won't be able to receive on-page notification of the task completion. Visit task center again whenever necessary, for the result.

Notification center is under development. Once it's done, you will be notified of the task completion.
