When account's credential is in question, out of security concerns, administrator can temporarily disable the account while still keeping the account information in the system.
Do take note of the following:
Disabled account will not be allowed to sign in until it is enabled again.
As an exception,
superadmin's account CANNOT be disabled.

This measure will affect the account's credential with all the associated organisations.
